Broad Humor Shorts in New York!

August 29 at Bookthug Nation in Brooklyn

If you're on the East Coast, now you can catch some of the films from the Broad Humor Film Festival. We'll be presenting a retrospective of shorts from the first 5 years of Broad Humor at 7pm followed by a talkback and reception at the Bookthug Nation Community Space, 100 N. 3rd Street, Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Tickets are $10 and include a drink and finger food. Tickets available with cash at the door or in advance through PayPal.

POTTY HUMOR:
2011 INVITATIONAL CHALLENGE

Every year, Broad Humor issues a challenge to all past participants to make a three-minute film with the guarantee that if they stick to the rules, it will get screened. No fees. No other criteria. We want you to keep making movies that move us to laugh. This year's rules are:

1. LOCATION: At least some part of the movie must take place in a bathroom
2. PROP: An egg beater
3. DIALOGUE: There can be no questions asked.
