INVITATIONAL- Bully for Her
All festival alumnae are welcome to submit. Here are the rules.  As in other years, the shorts must be comedic, follow all three rules and have a finished running time under five minutes.  No exceptions.

1- Story must include a bully - preferably female
2 - Props must include an aerosol (or pump) spray bottle
3 - Dialogue must include a palindrome phrase - something that reads the same forward or backward as in: no melons, no lemon; or pull up if I pull up; or was it a cat I saw?
